The rule says that leaders should be making decisions when they have between 40-70% of the information needed.

Make a decision with less than 40%, then you’re “shooting from the hip”.

Wait until you have more than 70% of the information, and you’ve waited too long. You become indecisive and overwhelmed, and you stand to risk the productivity of your practice.

In this episode, Dr. Chris Bowman joins me to break down the importance of communicating more effectively. We discuss the obligation we have to our patients and how communication will help us fulfill what is ethical and incredibly beneficial to them and our practices.

Dentistry needs more courageous leaders who are able to handle uncomfortable truths and face difficult things, and today we will talk about what it means to be a courageous leader and lessons learned from our mistakes.

If you’re at a point with your practice where you feel like you are bored, burnt out, and broken, it’s probably not your circumstances, community, or team. What it probably means is that you are lacking purpose, or you've lost your purpose somehow. In this episode, I’ll be talking about the importance of having and maintaining a strong sense of purpose and fighting to keep pursuing it.
