"I knew that when I was 80 I was not going to regret having tried this. I was not going to regret trying to participate in this thing called the Internet that I thought was going to be a really big deal. I knew that if I failed I wouldn’t regret that, but I knew the one thing I might regret is not ever having tried." - Jeff Bezos

Dr. Kyle Stanley has accomplished a lot in dentistry at a young age, and he’s joining me to share his story and the journey that got him to where he is today. He gives incredible insight into how to tap into the most valuable resources around you in order to make your way to the top faster. He also explains how speaking about mental health issues has become a big part of his career and why it’s so important and valuable to him.

The rule says that leaders should be making decisions when they have between 40-70% of the information needed.

Make a decision with less than 40%, then you’re “shooting from the hip”.

Wait until you have more than 70% of the information, and you’ve waited too long. You become indecisive and overwhelmed, and you stand to risk the productivity of your practice.
